All your personal medical history at your fingertips

“ All your medical history and your personal health history at your fingertips, always.”

Mymedicalhistory is a website for Electronic Medical Records for personal use. It allows the user to upload, store and manage their medical history records online, and access them anytime, from anywhere in the world. All personal information is protected by industrial strength encryption technology.  The user may use any internet connected device to access their files. Vitally important information becomes retrievable anywhere, anytime, particularly in case of emergency.

Typically important information would include any existing medical conditions, allergies, medication, previous hospital stays, previous illnesses, blood pressure, cholestrol, weight etc. The user may also upload and store important files such as MRI’s if required.  One of the key benefits is the ability to transmit medical files securely and instantly.  The system is usable by anybody, but may be of particular use to families with children, frequent travellers, people with existing medical conditions, carers, or people interested in being proactive in their own health management.

www.mymedicalhistory.ie is an Irish owned website, owned and managed by the company My Medical History Ltd, a company registered in Ireland. It is a subscription based website but users may log on for a Free Trial.

The brand purpose is “to make it easy for everyone to manage their own medical history records.”

Mymedicalhistory will be exhibiting at the Active Over 50’s Show in the RDS on the 9th, 10th & 11th of October. To get your free tickets, Email us at info@slp.ie
