Hugh Lane Gallery re-opens and promotes striking MacGonigal work The Hugh Lane Gallery in Parnell Square, along with most of Dublin’s galleries and museums, announced it was opening to the public again and promoted this on social media with a painting by Maurice MacGonigal.
