Her subsequent rise in fame led to her becoming a contestant on the first Irish series of Dancing with the Stars.
In Part 2 Conor Chats with Mark Prentice who set a Distillery called The Copeland Distillery. They chat about Brexit and how Copeland Distillery had sought Crowd funding from the local communities and how they have turned a college project setup in a kitchen into a million pound enterprise in less than 5 years.
The Copeland Distillery story started in the summer of 2016, when they successfully raised £30,000 from crowdfunding. Their journey could not have started without the support of over 390 Founders who pledged between £50 and £500, taking a chance on the new ginfusions products based solely on their brand values and story. The belief from the public in what they were planning to create was instrumental in getting their products to market and for that they are eternally grateful.
The Copeland Distillery, situated on Ireland’s East Coast, is a craft producer of a range of Irish Gin, Rum, Single Malt and Pot Still Whiskey.
