Irish Hospice Foundation is Ireland’s leading national charity in the space of dying, death and bereavement. We envision an Ireland where individuals facing end of life or bereavement, and those who care for them, are provided with the care and support they need. Through advocacy, education, and our national programmes including Nurses for Night Care, Caru – our nursing home programme, our Information and Support Line – providing information on palliative care, end-of-life care and advance care planning and our Bereavement Support Line, we work to ensure the best end of life and bereavement care for all, wherever the place.
