Join Five Rivers Fostering at the 50 Plus Show, Cork on either the 12th or 13th of September in the Radisson Blu as we showcase the many ways people can get involved and change tomorrow for children and young people in our community. As Ireland’s first independent fostering agency and a Social Enterprise, we prioritize the well-being of our foster carers and the children in their care. Our team of social workers and foster carers will be on hand to answer your questions about fostering, eligibility criteria, and the support we offer. From comprehensive training to ongoing workshops and 24/7 access to a dedicated support team, we ensure our foster carers receive the necessary tools and assistance. Maybe you’ve thought “I’d love to foster but..” Maybe you could provide a permanent placement, or short emergency placement, or maybe you could provide support to other families by providing a break away for young people. There are so many ways you can foster and be the difference for a child.
