Tamara Fiabane, a textile artist and arts & crafts teacher based in Kilpedder, Co Wicklow will be hosting 2 new workshops at this years 50 Plus Show in the RDS on the 12th & 13th of March
Tamara is deeply passionate about teaching arts & crafts with a sustainable message, having grown up surrounded by nature. Furthermore, she belongs to a generation where grandmothers instilled in us the value of reusing rather than discarding.
“Joyful stitching” is a mixture of needle felting and embroidery to create a flat piece of art … which can be a sheep or a bee or something of their imagination.
