Over 1,000 people attended the Midlands 50 Plus Expo in the Hodson Bay Hotel on the 16th & 17th of July nearly doubling the attendance from last year. Some of the more popular attractions were appearances by Eric Knowles from the BBC Antiques Roadshow and Consumer Rights Expert, Conor Pope. Mary O’Rourke also hosted a creative writing workshop which was standing room only. Next up is the Galway 50 Plus Expo on the 3rd and 4th of September – Hope to see you there.
