Heart health can feel complicated, overwhelming, or something to think about later. In this special Heart Month 2026 episode, join Cathy Mulhall and Janis Morrissey, Deputy CEO & Director of Services at the Irish Heart Foundation to explore how small, achievable steps can make a real difference to your heart and overall wellbeing.

From understanding risk factors and knowing your numbers to managing stress, staying active, and making healthier everyday choices, this conversation offers practical, evidence-based advice for people at every stage of life. We also discuss the wider factors that influence our health and introduce the Irish Heart Foundation’s My Heart Health resource, designed to help everyone take positive steps towards a healthier future.

The Irish Heart Foundation will be exhibiting and conducting Free Blood Pressure Screenings at the Galway 50 Plus Show in November – Click on the image below to Register for Free Admission
