The Spanish Tourism Office and Saborea España partnered up once again to participate in Taste of Dublin 2023 with their feature stand – ‘Tasting Spain’

The iconic summer event took place in the charming surroundings of Dublin’s Iveagh Gardens from the 15th to the 18th of June, where thousands of people descended upon the capital as the champagne popped for the highlight of the Irish food enthusiasts’ calendar.

Tasting Spain is a unique Spanish gastronomic experience where visitors will have the opportunity to sample a wide variety of high-quality products from Spain, ranging from wines to olive oils, cheeses and high quality tapas.

Guests had the opportunity to discover different Spanish regions exhibiting within the stand thanks to their fantastic chefs and experts that will delight them with special masterclasses and wine tastings within the space.

Visitors learnt about the incredible gastronomic and tourist experiences that you could enjoy on your next trip to Spain directly from our partner destinations.

This year´s novelty was the addition of a restaurant space. Thanks to the collaboration between La Ribera, a top Spanish catering company led by Dublin-based chef Jorge Hernández, and guest chefs; Tasting Spain presented a restaurant that sold different signature dishes on each session of Taste of Dublin, representing each of our partner destinations in the festival.

Festival attendees also had the chance to immerse themselves in a diverse range of high-quality signature dishes; while enjoying the most traditional tapas that we all love from Spain within our menu.
