Julie Dupouy qualified as a Sommelier in South West France in 2003, Julie briefly gained some work experience in a highly accomplished, beautiful and very classical restaurant to start her career. In 2004, she moved to Ireland to improve her English and to expand her International wine knowledge. Since then, she has been lucky to work with some of Ireland’s best chefs and also on some wonderfully interesting projects
